NEW YORK, NY November 08, 2006 —It's the morning after the mid-term Congressional. Election. Nationally Democrats have riden a wave of voter discontent over the war in Iraq to take back the House of Represenatatives. The Senate remains too close to call and hinges on two close contests in Virginia and Montana, where the Democrats lead. With us now to talk about the local implications is WNYC's Bob Hennelly.
