Vote Delayed on New Penn Station

by Richard Hake

NEW YORK, NY September 21, 2006 —An obscure state panel has delayed a vote -- again -- on the redevelopment of the Moynihan Station. This is the project to overhaul the Farley post office building on 8th Avenue and move much of Penn Station's foot traffic there. It seemed, for a while at least, to be on track. Joining me to talk about what's going on is New York Observer reporter Matthew Scheurman.
