Vote Delayed on New Penn Station

NEW YORK, NY September 21, 2006 —An obscure state panel has delayed a vote -- again -- on the redevelopment of the Moynihan Station. This is the project to overhaul the Farley post office building on 8th Avenue and move much of Penn Station's foot traffic there. It seemed, for a while at least, to be on track.
