Time Running Out for Jersey Budget

NEW YORK, NY June 30, 2006 —Time is running out for Governor Corzine and state lawmakers to reach a budget deal. The state constitution requires that a budget be in place by tomorrow -- although that deadline could be extended. But Corzine also could set in motion a plan that would close state parks and beaches after the July Fourth holiday.
