NEW YORK, NY November 04, 2005 —When New Yorkers go to the polls on Tuesday to select their candidates, they'll also see two statewide ballot questions. Opponents and supporters of Proposition Numbers 1 and 2 have been campaigning to draw attention to these proposals. They're densely written but they address the state budget and money for transportation. WNYC's Beth Fertig has more.
