Small Businesses in Danger as Grants Dry Up?

NEW YORK, NY January 10, 2005 —A program designed to provide incentives for small firms to locate downtown expired on December 31st. And as Crains New York Business reported today, some landlords are worried small businesses will no longer be able to stay, now that the grants have dried up.
