NEW YORK, NY March 19, 2003 — With New Yorkers growing more concerned about terrorism, parents may be wondering what their schools will do in the event of any emergency. Every public school is required to have a safety plan. But, as WNYC's Beth Fertig reports, not all schools have mastered the drill.
