Two Finalists Chosen for World Trade Center Plan

NEW YORK, NY February 05, 2003 — The two finalists for the World Trade Center site plan will spend the next three weeks responding to concerns and questions posed by development officials. Those officials will then select a final plan by the end of the month. But what is still unclear is whether the design will ever actually get built. WNYC's Andrea Bernstein joins Soterios Johnson to discuss the design process.
