Mark Green on Election Day

by Beth Fertig

NEW YORK, NY November 06, 2001 — Facing the possibility of losing, Mark Green spent the final day of his campaign in a two pronged assault. As Democratic leaders touted his experience during a 24 hour bus tour, the candidate launched a series of new attacks against his Republican opponent. In Williamsburg, he criticized Michael Bloomberg for a pamphlet stating a vote for Mark Green is a vote for David Dinkins.
