State Agency Promotes Conservation

NEW YORK, NY May 01, 2001 — Amidst all the talk and legal wrangling over power plants in the city, there's been little attention given to conservation. But today the state's Energy and Research Development Authority is launching a promotions blitz to get New Yorkers to do their part
