WNYC's Audio Nostalgia Train

NEW YORK, NY October 27, 2004 —The Transit Authority is celebrating the subway centennial with a "nostalgia train" of vintage cars. WNYC reporter Beth Fertig worked with archivist Andy Lanset and engineer Wayne Shulmister to create an "audio nostalgia" train, with recordings from our 80-year old archives.
