Stadium Opponents, Supporters Hire Lobbyists

NEW YORK, NY October 26, 2004 —The watchdog group common cause has released a report showing more than 11-million dollars has been spent lobbying for and against a proposed West Side Stadium. The report shows that, by a two-to-one margin, stadium opponents are outspending supporters. Each side has hired an army of lobbyists.
