In Queens, "Marine Mischief" and Comic Relief

NEW YORK, NY August 12, 2009 —Two summers ago, the artist Duke Riley made a splash in New York Harbor -- and got in trouble with police -- by floating a homemade submarine close to the Queen Mary ocean liner. Now Riley has another nautical project this time with the blessing of a museum in Queens. WNYC's Siddhartha Mitter reports
