The Big Draw

NEW YORK, NY July 17, 2009 —Bringing art out onto the streets that's the aim of The Big Draw an annual hands-on art festival sponsored by the Drawing Center and the River to River Festival.
Among the offerings Eco-artist Eve Mosher will give participants recycled water bottles full of river water along with bright blue pigment, and ask them to leave trails of blue dots wherever they go.
