Legal Same Sex Marriage: Is NY Next?

NEW YORK, NY April 16, 2009 —Later this morning, Governor Paterson is expected to provide details on the legislation he'll introduce to legalize same sex marriage in New York. The measure has dim prospects in the legislature, and even gay rights leaders are questioning the decision to push it forward now.
