Torre Swings At A-Rod In Book

NEW YORK, NY January 26, 2009 —A new book due out next week from former Yankees manager Joe Torre is causing a stir among the Bronx Bombers.
According to media reports, in his book titled The Yankee Years Torre takes some harsh swings at Alex Rodriguez and Yankees general manager Brian Cashman.
In the book, Torre reveals that Alex Rodriguez was called "A-Fraud" by his teammates and that the star slugger developed an obsession with shortstop Derek Jeter.
