NYC Celebrates First Black President-Elect

NEW YORK, NY November 05, 2008 —All night long, New York City has been celebrating the election of Barack Obama, the first African-American to win the White House. The partying erupted last evening along 125th Street in Harlem with hundreds of people watching the returns on a big screen in front of the State Office Building.
