Reflections on 'Man on Wire'

NEW YORK, NY September 11, 2008 —The Twin Towers are on the minds of many New Yorkers today. But they made such a strong impact on one man, Phillipe Petit, that in 1974 he illegally strung a wire between the World Trade Towers. Then, for 45 minutes in the early morning light, he performed high above the city. WNYC's Karen Frillmann has this reflection on a film that gives us a new way to remember the World Trade Center
