200 Electric Guitars Take Over Lincoln Center
A World Premiere by an Experimental Music Pioneer

NEW YORK, NY August 15, 2008 —Two hundred electric guitars performed all at once; no other instruments, and no extra amplification. It's a world premiere from an experimental music pioneer, Rhys Chatham. It’s being presented tonight by Lincoln Center Out of Doors, as part of a program called 800 Years of Minimalism.
