This year 12 creators across disciplines have been commissioned to produce provocative new work that imagines a world where artists remix public policy on Health Care, Housing, and the Economy. Raising the question, “What If We Made A New World?”, the collaborations will be presented at the Jamaica Center for Arts and Learning (JCAL) in Jamaica, Crossing Art in Flushing, and Artists Wanted in Long Island City.
QAX will point you in the right direction some of Queens most irresistible restaurants with The Moveable Feast, which pairs local artists with local restaurants to produce short videos on neighborhood hot spots.
