Description: WNYC is a media sponsor of "King's Last March," a multimedia exploration of the dramatic last year of Martin Luther King’s life.

Ticket information: American Public Media and Stanford University’s Martin Luther King, Jr. Research and Education Institute present a special evening of sound and discussion at The Riverside Church in observation of the 40th anniversary of Dr. King’s death. American RadioWorks documentary host Stephen Smith and King Institute director Clayborne Carson will present a multimedia program about the last year of Dr. King’s life. The program will include an intimate discussion with two of Dr. King’s close advisers in the civil rights movement: educators and activists Dorothy Cotton and Dr. Vincent Harding.
