WNYC's Brian Lehrer and Political Director Andrea Bernstein hosted a small gathering at the Explorers Club for WNYC reporters to share their experiences covering the two New York presidential candidates, Rudy Giuliani and Hillary Clinton, and provide behind the scenes anecdotes about the campaign trail.
This was the first in a series of election year events planned for members at the $5,000 level and above.

The Ultimate New Yorker:An Evening with Jonathan Schwartz - Conversation and music with Jonathan Schwartz, John Pizzarelli, Jr. and Tony Monte at the landmark Algonquin Hotel.

Renowned, international Chef, Jacques Pepin hosted a demonstration with Leonard Lopate, followed by dinner at the French Culinary Institute.
This intimate dinner was offered to members at the $10,000 level and above.

The 2008 Olympics were right around the corner and Brooke Gladstone, managing editor and host of On the Media, hosted a cocktail hour followd by a discussion of the show's trip to China and the media's role in fostering modern Chinese identity.
This event, the annual Producers Circle Reception, was offered to all members at the $1,000 level and above.
