Feel free to re-gift! And I also tell clients (post-holiday) that gifts should be about the exchange, and not the actual object. Therefore they shouldn't feel guilty about getting rid of gifts that they really don't like or will use. Getting rid of the scary item from Aunt Mary doesn't mean you want to get rid of Aunt Mary herself!
