Martha M. Bergeron

This is a life-size horse I made for the outdoor sculpture show at Maudslay State Park. It's constructed of mostly birch saplings (gleaned from an area in the park that needed to be thinned) tied together with artificial sinew, and has leather ears and a leafy mane and tail.
