In 2008, I built a floating cloud sculpture out of more than 1,000 plastic water bottles. The sculpture circumnavigated the town of Vrindavan, India, on the Yamuna River, bringing to life a local myth about water resources. The Yamuna is considered to be a goddess, but at the same time it is terribly polluted.
