This is the scene that I see every weekday on my morning commute on the F train from Brooklyn to Manhattan. There were plans recently to tear down this iconic sign. I'm glad they didn't. I love how the sign frames the ever-expanding skyline of downtown Brooklyn and Lower Manhattan.
