We first went to the stand outside the CVS on 9th St between 5th and 6th in Park Slope. A five foot tree was $80. We drove down 35 blocks to Sunset Park and got a slightly bigger tree for 1/2 the price. They even gave us a bag to take the tree to the street in once the season is over. A christmas miracle! (Or maybe just hyperlocal economics)
