Christmas tree prices can vary significantly from block to block. Help us get a sense of the discrepancy - and whether you feel you got a fair price.
We paid $85 for an almost 8' fir tree. I think that is TOO MUCH. The seller came down from $90 without much discussion, she was a very sweet Canadian and wants us back next year. We usually buy our trees in NJ for about $60, but given the tolls now and the hassle of driving in NYC, we felt it was a wash financially and a lot easier walking to the urban forest on the corner.
