Christmas tree prices can vary significantly from block to block. Help us get a sense of the discrepancy - and whether you feel you got a fair price.
So...no, but. I live in Staten Island, and I know I can get a tree cheaper there (about $15 less for a tree this size), but I had my car in Brooklyn this week and knew my fiancee and I were going to be busy for several more days before we would be able to get together and pick a tree out, so I stopped at a tree stand in a nice brooklyn nabe (because the trees aren't as nice in the cheaper hoods, like sunset park) and we just bought one and took it home that night to get the process going. I am happy with the tree, a Fraser Fir, and I needed the convenience this year, so I ate the price.
