Christmas tree prices can vary significantly from block to block. Help us get a sense of the discrepancy - and whether you feel you got a fair price.
It was the first real tree I've ever bought. I thought it was a good deal. My wife scoffed a little at the price, so I think she thought it was a little high.
What goes into the price, how much the farms sell them for, trucking them into the city, probably some storage place in the city or nearby, driving them from that storage place to all the stands, and paying the guys who sell them. Also they've got to buy all that netting stuff.
