The trees are 7-8' each and all priced at $50 (comes to slightly over $53 with tax). They sliced the bottom off the tree for us (just so it will take water) and we carried it a couple blocks home.
For each of the trees that is purchased, 5 are planted. The tree is very well shaped and the tree we got last year (same place/price) was also well shaped. I think the price is fair, growing trees takes years, land, and luck. They are subject to disease and pests and if any part of the tree is damaged, nobody will want it for their house.
That said, $50 is about as much as I am willing to pay for a tree.
