$30-40

What else do we need to know?:

Fair price: I am not sure what fair price means but in comparison to last year the price was the same.
Costing: Tree quality, Bulk purchase, moving, space rental, Deforestation, and City Permits.
Additional Notes: I purchased the tree from a Home Depot store, address provided here. Not all Home Depots have the same price. I visited a Home Depot at Dekalb ave in brooklyn and for a same size tree the price doubled.
