Hess station, Union St and 4th Ave, Brooklyn. Gas line, Nov. 2, 2012. I stumbled upon this scene -- streets blocked off, cops directing traffic. Such an event, just to get gas. This view is of people with gas cans. The line of cars entered on the other side of the station.
