Ok, I am breaking the only rule you have, my kid is in this photo and it is not news worthy, but I think it is a tiny piece of art.
It was taken this September at a Roy Rogers truck stop, Exit 1 off of I-84, Sturbridge MA. I was caring for our infant in the front seat of our car while my husband and our daughter were outside playing.
I adore everything about this photo not only because of the two people in it, but the quirky story tells. I love the moment it captures between a father and a daughter, the tips of their fingers just touching. I love the body language, the contrast in size between adult and child, the ballet like dance, the tiny picnic table on a toy train, the color of the sunshine, the hood of our car, the red and white stripes, I can go on, but you get the idea.
Hope you enjoy it too.
Best,
Steph
