File under Theoretical Architecture: Install a hanging walking & bicycle platform underneath the BQE and the city's other elevated expressways. The platform runs the entire length of the expressway and is protected from the elements by road hovering above and is flanked on the side by shade-loving plant like ferns. Imagine the views and exhilaration of being able to walk or ride through the city for miles without stopping for traffic.
