I have two kids, she watches one at a time.

I expect babysitters to do housework.

She is busy with other things - life, job, other jobs, etc. Also, I don't completely trust her to really engage or make the best decisions for my kids.

FYI - since the baby is usually asleep while she is here, she is expected to so some light housework to make it worth my money. Usually she does dishes and folds laundry and then studies, goes online, etc. She also drops my older son off at school and picks him up.
