Yes, war is inevitable. If we solve world issues like buyer, shelter, prosperity and health war & conflict will diminish but there will ALWAYS be those that covet, have ambitions to rule, are aggressive & murderous. And let's not forget religious fanaticism and how THAT influences the behavior of mankind. Evolution may change this condition but we know that takes thousands of centuries.
