Records, CDs, memorabilia (including posters, dolls, buttons, and art), especially Beatles memorabilia.

It's huge and incredibly diverse! My father in law has at least 10,000 albums, is a total Beatles fanatic, and is an amateur archivist. He hoards memorabilia, has incredible stories (including one about the time he met John Lennon), and is an encyclopedia of info about music during the 60s. He's even written a book about

It includes at least 10,000 albums and many many pieces of memorabilia. I doubt he's ever counted the other items!

Everything is stored in his home in Providence, RI. He has a room specially designed for its acoustics so he can listen to his records. Many of his most special pieces of memorabilia are on display in this room.

When they were younger, I think my husband and his brother found it to be a bit odd even a little annoying! Now as adults they understand how incredible it is. Anyone who walks into his house is stunned that he has so many things, and the items on display are so impressive. My father in law is a big part of why the collection is so cool, though. He just gets so excited about sharing what he knows and loves; it's infectious.
