Bobby collects rock and roll memorabillia. From records, CDs, DVDs to canceled rock artist royalty checks, figurines, posters. You name it, if it has anything to do with rock n roll Bobby will buy it.

Bobby was in a successful rock band and toured the world. He continues to tour as a drum tech and uses this as an opportunity to accumulate rock memorabillia from around the world. I have been with him and witnessed his purchasing on 5 continents.

I could not even guess. I would say upwards of 10,000 pieces including vinyl, CDs, DVDs and books.

Some of it is in his apartment in Portland, OR. A lot of it is in multiple storage facilities across the country.

Everyone that knows Bobby, and it seems EVERYONE knows Bobby, knows he collects rock memorabillia. People bring him stuff or want to turn him on to record and collector shops around the world. I have spent years touring on the road with Bobby and have witnessed this first hand. His bunk on the tour bus is often jammed with recent acquisitions made on the road. Often it spills out and can be found around the bus. His suitcase is always packed half full to leave room for on the road aquisitions. He is extremely generous and if you express interest in an object he won't think twice about giving it to you or buying you one of your own. People LOVE Bobby Schayer.

Besides memorabillia Bobby will pick up a guitar and play songs from artists that reside in whatever city we are in. Across the globe. He is a musical savant.
