Even though it's now a not-for-profit, it is really the baby of one guy: Bob George. He started it, he grew it, he makes it run.

How does the collection affect other people?:

It provides research to anyone, but esp the movie and entertainment industry. It has an awesome website. It organizes on-line festivals. I could go on.
