I snapped this from my seat aboard the Empire Builder Amtrak in Minot, North Dakota during the flooding of the Souris River. The water had made it's way right up to the tracks and we slowed to a literal crawl across North Dakota - it took us 18 hours to get from the western border of the state to the eastern.
