I made the video centering around what I believe are the most wonderful moments of the holidays. While my video is short, and the shots are quite simple, I tried my hardest to make them as artistic as possible. I used my studio light set, camera filters, and I used Final Cut Pro to edit the clips together. Also, I used GarageBand to create the background music.
Along with the contest, I will be turning in this video as a school project to the Medina County Career Center. I am a Senior in the Video Production class, and I will be continuing my education in Digital Cinema and Film in college.
Happy Holidays, and I hope you enjoy my video!

The first thought I had when prompted to create a video about the holidays was facial expressions -and a lot of them. Is this necessarily relevant to the holidays? No. But is there an abundance of tension and hostility during said time of celebration/did I want to make it relevant to the holidays? I forced it-and I think it worked. Then came the actual holidays part. As a Jew who has never been involved in a dreidel-off, I decided to make a video about a dreidel off. Then, my friend suggested she fall off of a chair and die. We then knew it would be a fatal dreidel-off.
End.

Based on true events and starring children I babysit for IRL, this is a short about being single in December and thus, a holiday hot mess. But also, feminism?
