Police Seeking 4 in Shooting of Teen

New York City police are seeking four "persons of interest" in the shooting death of a 16-year-old boy Friday.
The police have released a video of the four they describe as two black males and two Hispanic males.
Raphael Ward was shot near his home on Manhattan's Lower East Side, near Rivington and Columbia streets just after 9 p.m.
Police have made no arrests in the shooting. The NYPD is asking that anyone with information call Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS.
