Some white stuff is headed this way. How much? Nobody knows. Here's how the city's preparing, and we want to know about you.
The National Weather Service is predicting anywhere from six to 10 inches in the city, and up to a foot in the suburbs. (If you can decipher the ever evolving forecast, let us know.)
Are you worried about the storm? Are you meh? Are you prepping? What are you doing to prepare? Let us know and we'll use some of your comments on air.

On the report about an hour ago, someone said that Snow Storms are not named, yet I received an email from ConEd with the Subject Line:
"Get Ready for Winter Storm Nemo"
Looks like all of the local weathermedia are now downgrading local snow totals yet the hype continues...
If there's any snow in the area, Lower Manhattan will always be the last place to see it. There can be a foot of snow in every other part of the city, but always only rain in Lower Manhattan. It's an extraordinary weather pattern that weather forecasters pay no attention to. So far today (10 am) we've had only a light drizzle, and even that has stopped now. I think that Lower Manhattan has the most boring weather in the United States.
After living without power for 10 days after Sandy, a little snow doesn't seeM so scary. We have a fireplace, water, and food. The lessons learned from Sandy mean that we have filled our car's gas tanks and have taken out a little extra cash (both mistakes we made last time). Other than that, it should not be an issue.
It's just weather. Really. Enjoy it.
Can't wait to get out for a quiet, white, snow-crunchy run! They're too few and far between.
I'm excited. I miss real winter snow storms. Global warming sucks.
Pregnant, and Due Date is Friday. So, calling township to make sure the street gets plowed!
Meh
