Hundreds of people turned out to bid farewell to former Mayor Ed Koch on Monday.
Mayor Michael Bloomberg and former President Bill Clinton were among those who spoke at Koch's funeral, while about 350 people braved the cold to say good-bye to the brash, three-term mayor.
