Man Hit by NYPD Says He Gets Headaches, Has Nightmares

A man shown on video being kicked and punched by four New York City police officers says he's suffered from constant headaches and nightmares since then.
Nineteen-year-old Jatiek Reed spoke Thursday at a news conference where his attorney announced he was requesting a special prosecutor to investigate.
Reed was arrested January 26. An amateur video posted online shows officers kicking and punching him as he lay unarmed on the ground.
The officers involved have been placed on desk duty while the NYPD investigates. Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly has called the video troubling.
Reed's attorney says the Bronx district attorney's office isn't capable of investigating because of its close relationship with police. He says he's asked Gov. Andrew Cuomo to appoint the attorney general to look into the case.
