A day after wireless service came to six city subway stations, straphangers waiting for a train at the 14th Street subway station took advantage of the new service.

Why do we need cell service while on a train or the platform there is already enough noise. Additionally has any one taken into account the saftey hole that has been created by allowing cell service underground. Think about what this means to rider saftey -- Spain Britian??
