Traffic is moving again at the Lincoln Tunnel five hours after a tractor trailer hauling garbage overturned and clogged traffic heading out of New York.

The outbound tunnel was closed to traffic and the north tube was open only to buses headed out of the Port Authority Bus Terminal.  The clean-up was slowed by medical debris.

The bus flipped on its side on the Helix in Weehawken at 5:22 a.m. on Friday, the Port Authority said. The accident is still being investigated.

The driver sustained unknown injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital.
