Yoko Ono Runs Into Trespasser at The Dakota

Yoko Ono came face to face with a trespasser in the Dakota when she rode an elevator to the ground floor with the man who snuck his way into the upper West Side apartment building, police said.
The man, a tourist from Korea, was taking the elevator down from the roof of the building on Jan. 12 where he was taking pictures when it stopped on Ono's floor. The tourist did not recognize John Lennon's widow, cops said.
Security, who spotted the tourist snapping shots on the roof, detained him and alerted police.
His case is on track to be dismissed if he completes a day of community service within six months. His attorney did not immediately return a call for comment Thursday.
John Lennon was gunned down outside the Dakota on Dec. 8, 1980.
