Thomas Dold of Germany must have been in an Empire state of mind.
Dold, sporting knee-high black socks and yellow sneakers, won the Empire State Building Run-Up for a record sixth straight year. It took the 26-year-old stair-climbing star 10 minutes, 10 seconds to sprint up 86 flights on Tuesday.
He beat last year's winning time by six seconds. Two others have won the race five times.
The New York Road Runners club says 24-year-old Alice McNamara of Australia has won the women's division. She's a medical student and a member of Australia's national rowing team. Her time was 13 minutes, 3 seconds.
The race features 1,576 steps from the lobby to the outdoor observation deck of New York's tallest building.

If so how do you prevent it, any plugin or anything you can recommend?
