Nets Owner Mikhail Prokhorov to Challenge Putin for Russian Presidency

One of Russia's richest men and the owner of the New Jersey Nets says he'll take on Prime Minister Vladimir Putin in the presidential election in March.
Mikhail Prokhorov called the decision to run for president "the most important" in his life.
Forbes Magazine estimates Prokhorov's wealth to be worth $18 billion dollars.
He now faces the immediate challenge of collecting the 2 million signatures needed to qualify for the presidential race.
